The Source Code Download and the Maintenance Releases are they in Sync?

No.  The source code is not in sync until we do a major update.  So, the source code is in sync with the download through the My Account area of the website, but not with the maintenance releases posted through the forum.

I've historically made some changes in the SF base libraries to handle some of the subclassing of controls and objects to fit our extensions, when is the next major release planned and can you point me to the End If problems area as we do run into this one and I can correct.

I don't know when the next major release will be.  However, the problems with the End If are not within the distributed source code.  They are contained within the design-time DLLs for which we do not distribute source code for licensing purposes, so you won't have to worry about maintaining those parts in your modified source code (you just need the latest AddIns and Extensibility DLLs).
