Analyst/Program Manager Experience

  • Extensive experience gathering requirements (one-on-one and JAD sessions).  Capable of mediating meetings and maintaining a productive working environment in said meetings.  Developed methods for conducting JAD sessions using the UI of Visual Studio 2005 IDE to help customer’s visualize their ideas.
  • Over 10 years experience converting requirements into detailed design specifications.  These finished specifications include but are not limited to, Entity Relationship Diagrams (physical and logical), Use Case Diagrams, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and more.  Developed personalized and successful means of accomplishing these tasks.  More importantly, since I am also a software developer, you can rest assured that the developers receiving my designs will not be disappointed in their content or technical accuracy.
  • Experienced project manager capable of striking the delicate balance between team motivation, project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Adept at developing test plans from finished design specifications.  My experience as a lecturer and trainer provides me with a unique insight to the needs of users when training them to test their newly developed systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team leader of highly accomplished IT Professionals.
