Licensing and Forum problems

When our company purchased our licenses our finance person created an account and then purchased four licenses.  So the psuedo-problem is all the licenses show up under her email address, and as far as I can tell there isn't a way to reassign them to actual programming users.

The second point is since my account doesn't have a SF license attached to it my forum account keeps getting locked out every 30 or so days, so I can't post, reply, etc until I go back to the homepage -> My account and reactivate my forum account.  Not a big problem but kinda annoying.

Any ideas??

Yeah, a couple of things here.

You can change any of this information through the My Account area without ever having to talk with us.  In regards to assigning a license to a developer, they don't need to know the login information, just the serial number.  So you can give them the serial number if you don't want to give them the login information and they can activate that way.

I am guessing that you more than likely created trials and then never consolidated the forum accounts.  You can have as many forum accounts as you wish for a particular account, but they have to be created through the My Account area of the website.  However, at this point, if you will just give me a list of all of the developers whose account should be under the primary account, I will move them for you so that they will not be deactivated.

Ok well my account is the only one that needs rolled over under our login, I'm PMing you the details.  I will go back and update the details through the MyAccounts.  I guess I'm just missing it, where are our serial numbers posted??  I didn't see them in the MyAccount area???
