When i try to activate the strataframe the following error occurs

It is because there is a firewall (or proxy) preventing the license file from being retrieved. If this continues, then you can send us a manual activation reqeust and we will send you the license file.

Ola Trent, olhei as regras do ISA e não ha bloqueio para este computador em protocolo HTTP, como devo proceder?
Trent, i looked the rules of ISA and not to lock this computer in HTTP protocol, what should i do?

Well, this can become more complicated to diagnose over the forum here and I do know for a fact that this has to do with the proxy and/or a firewall. I have seen it many times over the past. We are not really equipped to help diagnose ISA or network related issues, but if you would like a license file, let me know and just go in and send us a manual activation request and then I will send you an email with the license file.
