Hey Keith.Yep, the server will probably be down for at least a couple of hours, but we don't host the ES. As long as you are on version 1.7.0.0 or most recent, then if our server cannot be contact for licensing purposes, your server won't be down as long as the timeframe doesn't exceed 7 days.
