I broke the USB connect on my ethernet card that was used to activate my Strataframe software. I purchased a new usb ethernet card. How can I activate my software with my new card? I tried just doing it from VS but that does not work.TIA.

If you need to, you can go to the "My Account" page and then "Deactivate Licenses" to do it manually. After that, you could reactivate to your new card.
