I got this error when building my Stataframe Toolbox Tab. This was after installing the released 1.5 version. When we were working with the pre-release version of 1.5, I lost my toolbox tab when I closed Visual Studio and had to rebuild it each time. I also received this error then.
Wondering if you can shed some light on this issue.

This has actually been fixed, but we just need to post a new setup file. Overall, this will not cause you any problems (just annoying  ). The reason the error occurred is because it was trying to create toolbox items for DevExpress which you do not have installed. It should have created the other items though and you should be good to go.
