Be aware that this DXv2 seems to require .Net 3.0 and SF source code are setup to use .Net 2.0. I currently use .Net 4.0 in all my projects, so udpated and I compiled my SF Inherited UI project to .Net 4.0 and that fixed all the issues for me.
