I downloaded a trial version and now have purchased a copy of the software. WHen I go to deactivate the product I receive the following error.

Exception
 Unknown Adapter

Source     : MicroFour License Base

Stack Trace:

   at Activate.ActivateMain.RequestDeactivation()

What do I do now?

We will need to manually re-activate your computer.  I will send you an email with your license file and activation instructions.

Just to save time, email us your computer name and MAC address to sales@strataframe.net and we will send you a manual activation.  After we do this once, you will not have to go through this manual process again.

Thanks for the rapid reply and sending the license files. However, I cannot use these because I can't even get to the screen which allows me to use a manual license. Here are some screen shots showing what I mean.

We have found the Unknown adapter error and we will post an update by the end of the week.  However, in the mean-time, just drag the license files into your GAC.  To do this, simply drag the appropriate license file into the c:\windows\assembly folder.  Close all Visual Studio instances and come back in and you should be good to go.
