StrataFrame menu does not appear in Visual Studio

Hi,

I have this exception whenever I open Visual Studio.

StrataFrame menu does not appear in Visual Studio.

I cannot open the Business Object Mapper or the Database Deployment Toolkit.

Any Suggestion?
