I had installed a trial version, recently i bought the license for SF and uninstalled the trial version. I have now installed the newly downloaded SF but when i try to activate it i get an error. Please see the attached snapshot document to see the error.

How recent was your download of the StrataFrame install? There are some known issues with the way the MicroFour License Base.dll returns license values when the license is a trail license, which is what you currently have activated. All known issues have been resolved in the update that was posted yesterday and the refresh that was posted today, so you might re-download the install if you haven't downloaded it within the last 2 days.
