Question on trial download

Hi, I downloaded your trial edition and wanted to go thru the tutorials to become more familiar with the framework.  However when I go into Start --> Programs-->MicroFour-->Documentation to view the content none of the help files display.  I just get the content displayed below.  Are help files not available for the trial download?  I hope they are, whats the use in having a trial if you can't use the tutorials and/or help to evaluate the product.  Thanks for your help!

The webpage cannot be displayed

Most likely cause:

  • Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.

What you can try:

Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

The help is definitely available.  This is most commonly due to a Windows update that prevents CHM files from being looked at by default.  Either this, or you are attempting to open the CHM from a network drive.

To unblock the content right click the CHM file, go to properties, adn then there will more than likely be an "unblock" button at the bottom right.  Here is another forum post on the topic:

Wow, thanks for the quick reply.  Unfortunately that didn't work though.  I don't see the "Unblock" option at all.  I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick a field goal.  Just never works out as expected.  Oh well, let me know if you can think of anything else.

Wow, what an ordeal just to view a chm file!  Appears I'm not the only one with this problem as Google came back with plenty of results.  Apparently this problem was introduced with one of MS security updates.  I hope they fix this cause its a pain in the butt.  The one most straight forward solution I found was to download this help file named MJsDiag.exe.  It appears to re-register all dll's associated with help files.  I was scared as hell to execute this thing but I said a prayer hoping that a million viruses/trojans wouldn't be installed, but i ran it and voila, the help files now display with no problem.  I put the link to the exe below.  Run at your own discretion.
