We've customized it quite a bit to allow us to store the report templates as XML within the database (their programming model made it really easy...).  I know several of our users are using XtraReports from DevExpress with good results.  Lots of people are using ActiveReports, and this new one popped up the other day: &lt;A href="http://www.stimulsoft.com/Products.aspx"&gt;http://www.stimulsoft.com/Products.aspx&lt;/A&gt;.
