They each have their strengths and genreally when one doesn't convert a project the other will.  I have been very impressed with these tools.  We use them for our samples as well so we can maintain a single code base instead of two.  We have to make a few changes, but it makes short work of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instant VB and C#: &lt;A href="http://www.tangiblesoftwaresolutions.com/"&gt;http://www.tangiblesoftwaresolutions.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VB Conversions: &lt;A href="http://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=11360-1"&gt;http://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=11360-1&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instant VB and C# has two products and goes between both langauges.
