deactivate a licence when last deactivate is less than 10 days

hi,

I m a french new develloper with stratframe and do not speak English perfectly so excuse my fault. Thank's

well, usualy, hi ave in my computer or un my notebook the same usb adaptater netgear wireless.

So, the 26 of july, my adaptater netgear is out of order after a superheating.

So i go on the site and i deactivate mi licences and i activate on my notebook with his network card.

Im back at my office, now and i want to activate on my computer and i cant because, this licence was déactivate less ten days?.

How can i do.

it's more easy on my computer than my notebook.

I have reset those licenses. You can now reactivate as normal.
