License activation problem

Hi,

Yesterday i've moved my development enviroment to a new computer. Appearantly something went wrong with the move and reinstallation of the strataframe stuff. What i did is the following. I deactivated the license on the old computer and reinstalled Strataframe on the new one. I then reactivated the license on the new computer. This could be done without any problem. When i start one of the Strataframe applications it tells me that the product should be activated!!!. When i start the activation process again, it can be done again without any problem!!! When i try to start one of the strataframe application it tells me that the product is not purchased. If I activate again ( which can be done again ) and i immediately re-start the activation client, the client tells me that i have an invalid license!!!!.

What is the problem here, and more important how can i solve it?

Só para esclarecer... se você tem o SF já ativo na sua máquina Win2k3 já tem o produto ativado, você não vai conseguir ativar em outra máquina antes de desativar desta.

Mas vamos tentar resolver este problema. Uma coisa necessária é ter certeza de que todos os assemblies estão no GAC. A melhor solução seria você reinstalar tudo do início. Certifique-se de estar logado com privilégio Administrativo. Reinstalando o GAC será automaticamente atualizado.

Altererei o idioma conforme solicitado, porém o erro continua. Tenho outra máquina semelhante a essa Win2k3 Portugues e VS2005 SP1 que está funcionando.

Olá Luciano.

Somente uma dúvida e um teste se puder fazer. Seu sistema operacional está setado para Inglês ou Português? Teria como setar para Inglês, para fazermos um teste? Caso não seja isto, vamos checar seu GAC para ver se há algum assembly faltando.

Como tive problemas com o computador, tive que reinstalar o StrataFrame, porém depois reinstalado, ocorre o problema descrito anteriormente. Já refiz a instalação inúmeras vezes. Qual o procedimento para o registro desses componentes manualmente?

Lendo seu post mais uma vez.. me diga em que momento este erro aparece? Vc abre o projeto? Nem carrega? Na hora de compilar? Na hora de abrir o visual studio? Qual versão do visual studio vc está usando?

Caro Luciano parece que você colocou esta questão em um fórum errado e pelo que você escreveu parece que está faltando uma dll no seu projeto. Tente inserir a referência e recompilar o seu projeto.\

Error when run License Activation

Could not load file or assembly 'MicroFour StrataFrame UI, Version=1.6.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=99fe9917f71608a7' or one of its dependencies. O sistema não pode encontrar o arquivo especificado.

I have reset your account so you can activate again. Be sure that you have an active network adapter in your machine. If your activation does not "stick" after this activation then we can take a more in depth look at your computer.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. I have only one Networkadapter in the PC and also just one in the picklist. So how to solve it? I can't deactivate the license on your website anymore because i already did that this morning trying to get the problem solved. Problem is that I can't reactivate the license at my office now, where it always worked. Could you please help me asap??

Whenever you activate, do you have more than 1 option for the Network Adapter to attach to? Whenever you get the Invalid License message, it's because the network adapter you attached to when you licensed it could not be found by the licensing.
