Error when starting Visual Studio...

Please view the attached screenshot. I just started getting this error yesterday... not sure why. I'll close the error and restart Visual Studio and it wont pop up the second time. Any ideas?

Did you load another 3rd party control set or module? Something else that is an AddIn to Visual Studio? I'll post this on the bug list and see if I can't figure it out.

Does it happen consistently each time you open Visual Studio?
