Browser Dialogs are not respecting RegistryKey property value

Trent, Dustin,

I tested this with StrataFlix and my projects and the BrowserDialogs are not respecting the value entered in the RegistryKey. The information is being saved in the key, but when the BD is launched again, it will show in the center of the screen, not in the position saved in the RegistryKey hive.

This was actually changed a while back to always re-center the dialog because there were some cases where the dialog was moved off of the screen. However, I have gone ahead and made a change to see if the BD is shown on any screen, and if it is, then it will go ahead and restore the position and if not, it will center it to the first visible screen. This will be in the next build.
