I.e. have properties like EnableAdd, EnableDelete, EnableSaveUndo, etc. in addition to IncludeX properties.&lt;br&gt;

Rational:&lt;br&gt;
I have situations were data access is limited based on a value in the record (typically a status type field).  I'm currently using the IncludeX properties, but then the toolstrip buttons are jumping around because the buttons are hidden/shown from record to record.  This is most annoying when stepping through the records using the navigation controls, as they are jumping around.&lt;br&gt;
