This is really new territory for me since most of my apps are internal. The only solution I have googled and found thus far is Skater .NET Licensing, http://www.rustemsoft.com/. But that looks like a new product, and I can't find any solid reviews.

Any input, suggestions, and experience/expertise in this area would of great help!!

Thanks,
Their website pretty much stinks, but I had a conversation with them the other day about upgrading DotFuscator and some execution tracking and they bought this up. We have already written a solution for this on our side, but this might be something for you to look at.
