I use the following controls alot dart powerweblivecontrols,radcontrols,

but would like you guys to show me a simple example of a buiness object using ajax

Yes, you can use the R.A.D. controls from telerik or any other AJAX controls to pass data back to a business object. The SF business objects do not provide data-binding through AJAX controls, however, so you'll need to store the business object in a session variable and set the data back to the field in the BO when the control posts back.
