Nothing in my downloads tab

Hi,

I've just gone into my account > downloads to get the latest version but the tab is empty.

Is there a problem with my account?

Greg, I responded to you via PM. Let me know if you have any questions. Also, to prevent any further "me too" posts, there was a period where we had some outbound server issues. I went thru this in January and I did not get a renewal notice either.

I also noticed that I don't have anything in my Downloads area. It appears my licenses have also expired!

I checked and I don't see a renewal notice from y'all for the framework, RBS and DDT. Could you resend me a renewal for the framework, RBS and DDT?

Also, you might want to check that your renewal emails are actually going out.

The issue is that your license expired. Forum account deactivations generally lag behind subscriptions a week or two for this very reason. I have resent your renewal notice. Let me know if you have any issues.
