Changes to one of the configurations is duplicated in the other configuration.  I've deleted and recreated the duplicate BO, but the BOM still sees them as one.  I'm running SF 1.7.0.6&lt;br&gt;

Quickest solution:  separate the projects or rename one of the BOs.  I do not think the BOM will distinguish the BOs on namespaces alone.  It'd be nice.  Maybe this would make a feature request list.&lt;br&gt;
