Inherited UI (DevExpress) assembly references changed to 10.1.6

This assembly is mostly for trial users that do not have access to source code to change the references themselves. This MicroFour StrataFrame Inherited UI assembly references version 10.1.6 of the DevExpress assemblies.

To update your local machine, do the following:

1. Close any copied of Visual Studio
2. Copy these assemblies %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files\MicroFour\StrataFrame
3. Open C:\Windows\Assembly
4. Delete the existing MicroFour StrataFrame Inherited UI entry
5. Drag MicroFour StrataFrame Inherited UI from the copied location into the GAC
6. Go back into Visual Studio and you should be good to go.
