Missing Business Object object missing from toolbox.

I have 2 projects accessing the same database tables but I have created them as separate Strataframe projects with the intension of creating 2 separate BO's for the relevant tables. I am using VS2010/ version 1.7.0.7 Strataframe. I have created a new Strataframe project and added a BO and configured it with the BOM, but the created object does not appear in the toolbox. The other project is fine. I think I have worked out the location of the BO object but I can't find any evidence of its existance.

Could you please advise. An idea of the file location and filename pattern would be usefull.
