New Machine and New Ethernet Dongle

I am trying to activate my account on my new Win 8.1 with a new Ethernet dongle. I get the error that is attached.

I have no Proxy and I have turned my Anti-Virus software completely off???

TIA.

I also, ran Visual studio 2013 as an admin.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
You can also "Deactivate Licenses" online under "My Account" link to be able to re-activate with your new NIC.

I'll bet I need to deactivate on my old machine first?????
