We are planning to move our Enterprise server to new hardware running Windows Server 2012. Are there any issues in moving from Windows 2008 to 2012? I know I will need to contact you for new license key as the MAC address will change.

You're license is updated in the My Account area, Larry. Let me know if you have any problems getting it downloaded and running.

I've got the new hardware ready to go, I just need a new license file. The machine name will remain the same, only the MAC address will change. The new address is

FC:15:B4:1D:58:08

Nope, there are no issues moving to Windows Server 2012. And IIS 7 is just fine.
