What you get is sensitive to what you currently have selected in the solution explorer, from your screen shot it looks like you hit ADD from down the tree and go the "website components" add selections.  Also there is a command line to refresh JUST your templates.&lt;br&gt;

Run it from the VS start menu item --&gt; VS Command Prompt.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
First, close Visual Studio.  Open a new ‘Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt’.  Once there type the following command at the prompt, press enter and wait…&lt;br&gt;
