Browse Dialog - Black Box appearing upper right corner

I have a customer running Terminal Services on Windows 2003 Server with standard desktop settings. A black box is appearing on the top right corner of the browse gradient header. (Screen Shot Attached)

Any ideas on how to solve?

I had the customer change the color quality from 16bit to 24bit and the problem went away. Thanks for your quick responses.

This has to do with GDI+ and the rendering within the terminal server session. This can happen because that window is actually transparent and then rendered on top of...have you had any issues running this through any other TS sessions on other servers? Just FYI, I just tested this on a Server 2003 TS session and it is working...so this may have to do with the video card on the machine.

Looks like it's from the UI not repainting when the WaitWindow appears.

Does the black box go away, or does the user see the the WaitWindow and when it goes away the black box is left. I'm just wondering if the black box is the WaitWindow itself or the UI that's not repainting when the WaitWindow disappears.
