About the next update/new version

Hi,

I have seen some posts about a new SF version that should be available soon?
Just curious to know about the new features included in the next release and a possible timetable for it....

Yes. In fact, the version of the DLLs will not change so you do not have to change your references.....we did this for you, Keith :D ... and everyone else too :)

Will all these changes be backward compatible once we update our projects to use the 1.6.1 references?

Our business model is such that we have a large number of projects in production, and backward compatibility without having to make code/project changes is very important to us.

We are trying to get it out the door very soon...sorry for the delays. There are MANY new features and enhancements ranging from two new controls to many new features on the BrowseDialog and even some new DDT features. Also, there are a number of bug fixes as well. This will all be detailed in the What's new in 1.6.1 in the help doc when we release the next update.
