Deactivate account after field - User Editor

I think there is a small bug with the logic on the field 'Deactivate account after'. If I enter todays date into this field and then try to login, the account becomes deactivated. I'm expecting the account to remain active until 'after' the specified deactivation date.

I was reviewing the 1.6.1 upgrade docs and it appears that you fixed this issue. Any chance you could send me the code to fix this so I can patch my 1.5 release?
