Very likely, most of the users won't go through piles of posts to see if their question was already covered. The more features to learn and the more new users, soon it will slow down support team.<br> <br> I propose to SF to develop a comprehensive KB that is hierarchically organized based on categories and each answer is followed up by samples in C# and VB. I'm wondering if there might be an easier solution, like just tagging topics. I.e. a topic titled "How do I fill a combobox" might be tagged as a combobox topic. Then if during the post, a bug is discussed, another tag is added. Then I thought, wonder if the forum already supports this? So I checked (link at bottom of page for InstantForum) and it doesn't.
