I’m unable to run the Activation program (See attachment). I’m not sure if there is a problem on your end or if our central information services group has tweaked something on the firewall. Up until today it has always worked with no problems. If everything is okay on your end please let me know what our firewall must allow in order for the activation process to work.

Sorry, Larry, it should be working now...

We had a power outage in Amarillo, our entire grid was down.  The UPSs didn't last long enough, and we had to take the servers down.

It's okay now. Power outages are a pain, but for me having the problem at your end is a whole lot easier than having to deal with the group that manages our firewall
