Hi,

I cannot read the page in StrataFrame Help file. When I open a page in the help file, the page cannot display anything. The error title in the page is "The page cannot be displayed". Is this caused by license problem?

No, this is most likely caused by a security issue within Windows XP (I believe it's SP2 and one of the latest security hotfixes that causes the issue).  The most common resolution for the issue is found here:

Thanks. I can open the help file now after I follow what Paul Chase said, "To fix right click on help file.. go to property's click unblock".
