| | Well, would you have any other piece of information to give us? I mean, the links I sent you seem to cover the usual problems that may cause the StrataFrame menu not to appear. Have you re-installed something? Do you get error messages? The more you can tell us, the better we can try to help. |

| | As described in one of the posts I sent you, can you find the "MicroFour StrataFrame AddIns.dll" file? Another thing that might help is to try re-installing StrataFrame and then you could post here the logfile, which you can find at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MicroFour\StrataFrame e terá o nome de StrataFrame_ResultX.log" That could give us a clue of what might be happening.
