I got an error on opening Strataflix solution with VS2005. Would it be possible to provide a VS2005 compatible version?

Sorry, no.  This becomes too much effort maintaining two different solutions.   You can manually create your own VS2005 solution and then add the projects in yourself, but the StrataFlix sample will only be distributed for VS2008.  There is no reason not to upgrade to VS2008 anyway as all of your current projects will be 100% supported since VS2008 supports .NET 2.0, .NET 3.0, and .NET 3.5 while being a much more solid design-time experience.
