I cannot run the C# strataFlix application

What do I need to do to fix this?

ApplicationException
  An error occurred while creating the main form
TargetInvocationException
  Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
FileNotFoundException
  Could not load file or assembly 'StrataFlix.UI, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It just looks like a reference issue, but I just downloaded the most recent StrataFlix sample from the My Account area, built it, and ran it without having to do anything.  When and where are you getting this?  At compile time or when you run the app?  I am assuming compile time.
