Unable to bring the Open File dialog window in Custom license screen

Group: Forum Members Posts: 1, Visits: 2	Hello there, When I was trying to install the trial StrataFrame framework and it asked me to point to the Custom Licence file, I clicked on three dot button to open the dialog. Instead of the dialog there was only hourglass mouse pointer. I tried several times to remove/restart the installation, but every time when I attempted to point to Custom licence DLL, it hanged on that window. I had to manually copy the full path to the custom licence DLL file into the textbox in that window in order to get through with installation (which ran smoothly after that). I verified that the File Open dialog window was not hiding under other windows. Windows 2000 service pack 4, Visual Studio 2005.

S Group: StrataFrame Developers Posts: 3K, Visits: 2.5K	Thanks Nick, I'll check into that... there are were a few problems using the API to call that dialog manually when we were working through the install. However, problems like that will likely be resolved as we're moving to InstallShield for our install process. And thanks for including the OS
