i tried ndoc, but it doesnt work with the 2.0 net framework. only with 1.1 and 1.0

there is an alpha version with 2.0 net support, but i coudnt get that to work either.

My theory usually falls on the side of, "if it is free it generally doesn't get the job done."  I know that ndoc will get you part of the way there, but we have actually used SandCastle and it works well...and is free as well.  NDoc is actually a dead product at this point and SandCastle is the new replacement.  You can get it here: SandCastle Download
