I cannot connect, the test site simply says "Access Denied". We had to change the IP address of the ES, MAC is the same, name is the same. Please help.

I had 2 issues, 1 was the test page only allows reporting from a specific IP via the web.config, so I was unable to see that my ES licenses had expired!

Keith, since we resolved this via email, let me know if you have any outstanding issues.

Nope , only added the follow up for some poor soul in the future that might change their IP address and forget to change it in the web.config as an "AllowedIP"
