SF doesn't (at this point) have any tab controls. The standard .NET one is available or you can buy other 3rd party tab controls.

However, there are several good options as substitutes for tabs, the best being the combination of a ThemedLinkMenu plus a PanelManager (and its included pages).

For what its worth, I've had trouble with the .NET tab related to anchoring. It often happens that if I open a form in design mode, controls within the tab control are resized somehow. I often don't notice this until we're testing...its a pain. I definitely recommend using the themed panel manager and then some sort of UI controls to change panels.
