I see Strataframe, Strataframe Internal, and StrataFrameSample. I have in my notes to back up only StrataFrame daily and I would like to verify this is correct. I have enough stuff now where I have to make sure my backups are complete.

Yes, the StrataFrameInternal database stores all of our localized messages and is all static data.  As for the StrataFrameSample database... that's up to you.
