I receive an error message when trying to copy an existing user to a new user (see attachment).  This is occurring in the standard un-customized version of Security Editor as follows:

1. Create a new user and save

2. Try to copy newly created using Create new User option

There were no permissions defined for the new user which may have something to do with the error.
