When I right click on 'Creating a WinForms app' under Getting Started --> Tutorials, it would be nice when I select 'Print the selected heading and all subtopics' that it would start a new page for each subtopic.

I did a little research and I think it has something to do with the CSS formatting. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for the tip....and we may look at this at some point, but the CHM is not designed for printing and we have, in the past with our medical system, tried having support for both print and view and it isn't worth the man power and resources to make them both work.  Sorry. Ermm

What tool(s) are you using to produce the help file? There are several excellent, inexpensive tools that can use single source to produce CHM and nicely formatted PDF files (for those of us who like paper).

You can print out the CHM, we have a number of people who do this.  It may just be improperly formatted depending upon the printer...we use HelpStudio.
