The StrataFrame Application Setup posted on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 5:00 PM fixes the FileNotFound exception when installing StrataFrame.  This error occurred when attempting to install the StrataFrame databases within certain scenarios related to the GAC.

If you are experiencing issues getting the databases installed, please download the latest version and this should resolve your issue.
