The post added on July 7, 2007 was posted to correct a problem with the StrataFrame add-ins.  When opening a project an error would occur that would cause Visual Studio to crash.  This issue can be resolved by moved the attached assemblies on this post into the GAC (C:\windows\assembly) or by downloading and installing this build.  That is the only difference with this published install versus the original published installation.
