Add a mover form to select the fields to add in the Display Member list.

Currently we have to add one field at a time and it will be a good improvement to being able to select several fields with a mover form or a list with checkboxes.

Automate the data entry for the Display Member Format String:

I am new to .NET and found a bit tedious to keep entering the curly brackets {0}, it would be really nice to implement a way to move that data (the curly brackets) from the Display Member list to either Display Member Format String or Drop Down Display Format String (Combo Only) fields by drag and drop, then we can simply finish the formatting entry by adding whatever characters we may need, like commas, etc.
