hi,

We have requirement of using Oracle as a back - end for whole application, SQL Server will not be used at all. Can you suggest me how much StrataFrame is success with Oracle. I have to implement Security and all the features like DDT, Messaging etc with Oracle.

Should we go ahead with Oracle for StrataFrame?? or there is some blocking point or issues for Oracle?? Please Let me know..

Thanks

Using Oracle with the StrataFrame run-time is the same as using SQL Server.  However, the deployment of your application changes when you use Oracle as your database because you cannot use the DDT to deploy your database and you cannot use the Role-Based Security with Oracle.  So, the run-time is no different, but you lose the auxiliary features of StrataFrame.
