| The 1.6.5 release had a fix to include the global.asax file within the template, however, a corrupt ZIP file prevented the global.asax file from being included for both the VB.NET and C# Web Application project templates. These corrected templates will be included in the next install build, however, to manually update these templates extract the attachment to this post to a temporary location. Once extracted, copy the CSharp project template to:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\StrataFrame and overwrite the existing template (SF_WebApplicationProject.zip). Next, copy the VB.NET template to the following location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\VisualBasic\StrataFrame and overwrite the existing template (SF_WebApplicationProject.zip). Once this is done, exit Visual Studio and run the following command: "c:\program files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\ide\devenv.exe" /setup The project templates should now be updated and ready to go.
