Tenho um BarManager em meus Forms Filhos e botoes que executam a mesma ação em meu form Pai. Como executo o metodo click em um botao do meu BarManager (Ex:AddNew)?

This is used on the DevExpress wrapper.  I am not sure really what all has been said in this thread, but the DevExpress version of the MaintenanceFormToolstrip is going to behave slightly different than the standard SF MaintenanceFormToolstrip because DevExpress has their own Toolbar manager and interface (which can be kindof hard to work with at times).
